Officially introduced in Fall 2021, TAMIU Esports joined the National Association of Collegiate Esports to compete at the National level for championships, recognition, and prize money. The objective of this program is to enhance students passion for gaming while working towards completing their degrees. Opportunities within TAMIU Esports include being a student-athlete, caster, coach, producer, marketer, or a supporter of our TAMIU Dustdevils. Our mission is to provide high level gameplay in the collegiate scene to a wider spectrum of students as well as opportunities for community involvement, leadership, and universal gameplay. Our dedicated players compete for collegiate titles in Call of Duty, Rocket League, Valorant, Overwatch, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate through the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE)
